FFD presentation to Frodsham Town Council

An awareness presentation was given to Frodsham town council prior to their regular meeting on the 27th March 2017. The majority of the council was there, and the public seating area was full. The agenda item was to try and get the council to vote for a frack free zone.

The presentation lasted  half an hour, and was a shortened version of  a longer presentation that FFD is able to deliver. Handouts were available which were very well received

Since starting,  Frack Free Frodsham & Helsby have achieved an enormous amount. As far as I am aware no one else in the area has got their council to a frack free zone vote.

The response from the councillors was muted, but the public was very much on board with the presentation.

A little more work is required to bring the councillors to understand that the public that do not want this technology, and they could follow the public mandate and not the view of the industry. FF Frodsham and Helsby are on the case.
